The Middle Tennessee Council Boy Scouts of America invites and encourages you to take part in a special day of flag placement honoring those who served in our nation’s armed services and are now laid to rest.  Many of these heroes gave their lives for our freedoms while on active duty.  Please join us on May 25, 2019 in placing American flags on the graves of soldiers who so sacrificially served.  Our veterans, both living and deceased, deserve our utmost respect and thanks for all they do, and have done, to make this country what it is today.  This is a great way to show that appreciation.  Bring your Scout in full uniform and allow him/her to be part of a now over 40-year tradition with MTC. Contact Kenneth Ray at (615) 383-9724 or to learn more, or visit here for more information.

There are few jobs that are as rewarding as serving as a staff member of Boxwell Reservation summer camp staff, and we are looking for some great leaders to take on this role!  If you enjoy helping shape the lives of young people, spending time outdoors, and truly appreciate all Scouting has to offer, this could be your dream summer job.  Come work for the best summer camp staff in America!  For more information and to apply, click here.  You can also contact Jason Flannery, Boxwell Camp Director, at
