Day Camp is a fun-filled week of adventure for Cub Scouts from Tiger through Webelos. Cub Scouts will participate in many types of activities which may include archery, arts and crafts, BB gun shooting, field sports, nature, Scout skills, swimming and a variety of other events. All areas (especially archery, BB guns and swimming) place a special emphasis on safety procedures. Some of the above activities may not be conducted due to site limitations. Cub Scout advancement is included in the program although we “disguise” it as part of the fun! Safe fun is the main goal of camp! Please visit our website www.mtcbsa.org for specific registration information.
The Middle Tennessee Council offers Day Camp in various geographical locations throughout the council. Day Camp, which runs Monday through Friday, offers Cub Scout activities, exciting adventures and new friendships. Cub Scout Day Camp is for boys who will be in the 1st – 5th Grade in the fall of 2013. If your son will be in the 1st grade in the fall of 2013 he must have an adult partner attend camp with him.
Going to Cub Scout Day Camp together with friends from your own Den or Pack really increases the fun for everyone! Dens are formed according to age and school grade. If your child wants to be with a certain child or leader, please let us know in writing. In order to maximize fun for the boys, individual Packs are urged to coordinate their attendance at Day Camp, including recruitment of Day Camp leadership and transportation.
Cost to Attend Cub Scout Day Camp:

$80.00 fee if paid in full or postmarked 14 days prior to the first day of your camp
