What are you doing the

Weekend of September 24-26, 2021?

WelI we've got your weekend planned?  The highlight of the 100th Anniversary of Scouting in Middle Tennessee will be the Centennial Council Jamboree being held September 24-26, 2021 at Boxwell Scout Reservation.  This will be an exciting, fun filled weekend of camping, activities and good times with family and friends.   At the end of the day on Saturday our Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA and Venturers will be treated to an evening of music, laughter and good ole Scouting fun at the Arena Shows.  The information provided below will help you in the planning process for your Pack, Troop or Crew.

Who can Participate?

All registered Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, Venturers and Adult Leaders.  Parents and siblings are welcome to come join in the fun of the Jamboree.  Please note that activities at the Jamboree are for registered Scouts.  Siblings may participate if the activity has available participation space.

What is the cost to attend the Jamboree?

The cost for each Cub Scout, Scouts BSA and Venturers is $20.00 if paid before Friday, September 10th.  After September 10th, the fee is $30.00 each.  All Scout Leaders, Parents and siblings are free.

Does the Jamboree need Staff Members?

Our Jamboree Chairman, David Garrett, has assembled a great group of volunteers to serve in the leadership roles of the Jamboree.  However, to ensure that the Jamboree is safe and fun for everyone it will take 100 plus volunteers to support the Jamboree.  These areas include Medical, Commissioners, Logistics. Trading Post, traffic and security and who knows what else.  Staff Cost is $15.00.
